A £250 reservation fee is required to reserve a studio apartment. The reservation fee is paid when reserving the studio. Once the reservation fee is paid, the applicant receives a link to begin the referencing process through Canopy. After successful referencing, the applicant receives the licence agreement for signature and a payment email.
Rent can be paid in monthly installments or in full upfront for the entire lease term. Monthly payments are collected on the 1st day of each month. Number of instalments: Monthly until the end of the lease term.
Bank Transfer
A guarantor is required for applicants choosing to pay monthly. A UK-based guarantor is accepted. A public guarantor is accepted, including Housing Hand or Rent Guarantor. Applicants paying the full lease amount upfront are not required to provide a guarantor.
