Our cancellation/refund policy is £250 payment will be lost, if cancelled prior to paying the move in money – this is detailed in the application process and in our T&Cs online.

The remaining balance to complete the equivalent of one month’s licence fee is due two weeks prior to move-in Applicants are welcome to pay earlier if they prefer Alternatively, they may choose to pay the full licence amount upfront

Provide a UK-based guarantor earning 24x the monthly licence fee, Use a third-party guarantor service such as Housing Hand or Rent Guarantor Pay the full lease length upfront

Yes, all our studios are fully furnished to a high standard. Each apartment includes a Smeg microwave/oven combo, Smeg two-ring induction hob, Smeg fridge freezer, a double bed, a smart TV, and stylish furnishings to make you feel at home from day one.

Do you have bike storage at The Rex?

Yes. Secure bike storage is available to ensure your bicycle is kept safe and easily accessible whenever you need it.

Does each apartment have access to washing machines?
