Cooling Off Period

You may cancel your booking within 7 days of the reservation to receive a full refund of the booking fee. If you have NOT entered into the License Agreement: If the deadline has passed and you wish to cancel, the booking fee will be retained by the property. If you have entered into the License Agreement: You may cancel your booking if: The cancellation is made before 1 August, or if your License Start Date is not in September, at least 28 days before the License Start Date

You may cancel your booking if your UK visa application is denied. Cancellation is subject to providing valid proof to reasonable satisfaction.

You may cancel your booking if you do not obtain the required qualifications for your first-choice university. Cancellation is subject to providing valid proof to reasonable satisfaction.

Deferring Studies

You may cancel your booking if you are deferring your university entry. Cancellation is subject to providing valid proof to reasonable satisfaction.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

You may leave your room before the end of your contract. You are required to find a replacement student to take over your License Agreement for the remaining term.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property; however, medical and rehabilitation animals are allowed. Note: Evidence will be required.

Booking Deposit

The student has to pay 1 week’s rent as the booking deposit. If the student wants to cancel the booking within 7 days. The booking deposit will be refunded to the student.

Can I live here in my 2nd or 3rd year?

Yes! They reserve rooms for returning students and offer a Rebooking Campaign with Early Bird Promotion options.

How do the shared bathrooms work?

No more than three students share one bathroom. A WhatsApp group for shared bathrooms is created after move-in day. Usually you'll share with the student in the room next to yours.

How many people share the kitchens?

Never more than seven students share a kitchen. Kitchens have door entry codes. You'll need to bring your own utensils and crockery, though students often arrange to share larger items.

Is the accommodation mixed-sex?

Yes, the accommodation is mixed-sex, but they have several neighbouring rooms occupied by single-sex groups. You can specify gender sharing preferences when booking.

Can I share a room with my partner?

Premium Plus and Deluxe rooms are big enough for two people. All other room types are only suitable for couples staying up to three nights.

What size are the beds?

In all rooms the beds are 135cm wide × 190cm long. Bed linen is not included. There's under-bed storage space of 30cm × 35cm for larger items like suitcases.
