    We offer different room types to meet all needs and budgets. The most popular are Ensuite rooms (private bathrooms, shared kitchens with up to 5–6 residents) and Studio rooms (private kitchen and bathroom).

    When will I know my room number?

    Depending on the property you book, your room number will be included in your Licence Agreement or Confirmation Letter.

    Can I move in before my contract starts?

    It is possible, but it depends on availability. Please check with us before making any arrangements.

    Can you arrange airport pickup?

    Yes, we can arrange airport pickup for you or your group. You can pay for this service when you book your accommodation.

    What documents do I need to present on arrival?

    You need to bring your ID and booking confirmation letter when you arrive.

    Is there an oven?

    Ensuite shared kitchens have an oven. Studios do not have an oven but do have a microwave with an oven setting.

    What is council tax?

    How should I leave my room when moving out?

    Leave your room clean and tidy, remove all belongings, and dispose of rubbish in designated areas. Charges may apply for damage, missing items, or extra cleaning, and these will be deducted from your deposit.

    What if I leave something behind?

    Rooms are deep cleaned at the end of the licence period. Items left behind will be disposed of on your check-out date. Valuable items will be handed to reception.
